Bad food for the skin


There's food that makes your skin look and feel unhealthy and i'll be talking about it.

The alcohol affects the liver making it difficult for the toxin cleanising wich causes acne and wrinkles, it also reduces vitamin A.

Processed food, it helps with skin dehydration wich causses wrinkles.

The salt in big portions provokes liquid retention that makes skin look bloated.

Fried food; the salt in it make the oxygen not reach our skin correctly so it makes it look greasy, favoring the appaerence of acne.

Dairy; the non organic cows are fed with growth hormones that causes acne in our human skin.

Red meats and sausages, the growth hormones can make an imbalance in your system and produce acne.

Refined flours; the starch increases the sugar in the blood, that makes you have acne and inflammation.

Seafood, spicy food and sugar drinkes are more of the unhealthy things for your skin that provoques acne.

I personally consume some of this things so often, so i think i should reduce my consume of dairy, red meats and refined flours.
